The 52nd Anniversary Symposium of RBAP (Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines) included a 30-minute presentation by the head of MICRA Philippines, Ernie Gementera. Ernie spoke to an audience of more than 400 leaders of rural banks from all over the country about the current microfinance market, and the ways MICRA helps its clients take advantage of the market’s opportunities and manage its risks.

Ernie appeared on the conference’s closing day, Friday October 9, during an afternoon whose other presentations included formal remarks from the Department of Agriculture Secretary Arthur Yap and Department of Finance Secretary Margarito Teves.
